The thief’s purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a full and satisfying life.


Our Vision

  • We are passionate about being a Church of friendly, loving people where everyone feels accepted, valued and at home.
  • Wherever you are on life’s journey, you matter and you have a purpose. We will walk your journey with you as you discover who God has created you to be;

We meet on Sunday mornings and offer Children's Church for those aged 10 and under.  We have Life Groups which meet every week in various locations across our community.  We have Ignite Youth for ages 11-18 years which meets weekly during term time.  We also offer online Church for those who are unable to come along regularly.

Our Leaders

Life Church Wincanton Leadership

Life Church Wincanton is led by Conrad and Kerryanne Lucas, our Senior Leaders. With over 20 years of experience in church leadership, Conrad serves as a fully ordained Minister with the Assemblies of God (AOG). Together, Conrad and Kerryanne bring wisdom, vision, and a deep passion for seeing lives transformed through faith in Jesus.

Supporting them are Danny and Rita Lock, our Location Leaders. Danny is a Minister in training with the AOG, bringing energy and commitment to the life of the church, while Rita leads our Youth Ministry, inspiring and guiding the next generation in their walk with God.

Behind the scenes, Stephen and Katherine Shields serve faithfully in multiple areas, working tirelessly to ensure that church happens week after week. Their dedication and heart for service are a vital part of the strength and unity within our church family.

Together, this team embodies servant leadership—empowered by God’s Spirit and united in purpose—to see Life Church Wincanton thrive as a place of faith, hope, and community.

Our Beliefs

We are a Pentecostal Church and are part of Assemblies of God (AOG). We believe that every person can have a personal relationship with Jesus and have the opportunity to belong to a local Church family. As a local Church we are committed to reaching out to all people.
